Orders are dispatched within 1–2 business days. US orders ship via Amazon; UK orders ship directly from us.

If Emmeline or your angel wings aren't right for you, you can return them within 60 days of delivery for a full refund — provided they're unopened and in their original packaging.

To start a return, email contact@monthlee.co.uk with your order number, the reason for return, and a photo of the still-sealed item. We'll confirm next steps from there.

Angel wings are a single-use skin-contact item. Once opened, they can't be resold or reused by anyone else, so opened or used wings aren't eligible for return or refund — this applies even as part of a bundle purchase.

If you've opened and tried the Emmeline device itself but it's not for you, we'll refund the device portion of your order, minus the value of any angel wings that were used. This isn't available for items purchased longer than 60 days ago.

Faulty device? That's different — email us and we'll sort a replacement, not a refund-with-deductions.

Approved refunds go back to your original payment method. Please allow 5–10 business days for it to appear, depending on your bank.
